Hey Bacolod, guess what. There’ a new (ish) Asian restaurant in town, and we are here for it.
Their menu is small, well-thought and well-executed. With dishes like the Tom-Law (tangigue, kaffir and dayap) –their own version of ceviche, and the Twice cooked Pork salad— crunchy, flavorful and highly addictive, it’s hard not to love this new kid on the block.
But nothing can steal the spotlight from their Laksa (P285). This Malaysian soup is filled with fluffy tofu, gooey egg, curry coconut milk, and just about everything our dreams are made of. They make one hell of a spicy broth, just enough to make me feel I’m back in the streets on KL.
Drop by Berbeza Bistro and go taste for yourself what I think may just be Bacolod’s best laksa.
