Maria Kucina Familia is one of our favorite spots to grab a bite in Bacolod right now, and you should definitely put it in your food bucket list. What’s to love? Uhm— only the crispy-on-the-outside-and-tender-on-the-inside deep fried leg of pork with chorizo. Sounds mind-blowing, right? Wait ’til you try it.
