Taste Bacolod: Inaka

September 2, 2017

I believe every city should have at least one decent Japanese restaurant to make it a liveable city. That’s how vital Japanese food is in today’s civilization. And, well, Bacolod never runs out of luck— especially when it comes to food. Inaka got us covered.

With more than just sushi and teppanyaki in its spotlight, Bacolod’s first Japanese restaurant offers ramen, tempura, udon, donburi, and just about everything you can imagine that hails from the Land of the Rising Sun.

The service is always impeccable, and the food— flawless. Teppanyaki is always fun and satisfying. But my faves has to be their sashimi, dragon roll and the Inaka salad (kani salad with mango and lettuce). With a budget of P2,000 for two people (with small serving portions), that’s already a splurge for Bacolod standards. Don’t worry, there will be no buyer’s remorse afterwards. You will get what you pay for. Top notch everything.Tuna Sashimi (P250) / Salmon Sashimi (P420)Dragon Roll (P575) Unagi (Eel / P265)Uni (Sea Urchin/P320)Inaka Salad (P250)Drop by Bacolod’s finest Japanese restaurant with your family and friends!
