Bacolod has come a long way pushing the farm-to-table concept to the masses. Nowadays, it’s not simply just slapping the words “organic” or “all-natural”, these organic food advocates are stepping up their game creating beautiful and deliciously conscientious meals to prove healthy can definitely be yummy. Locally-sourced and straight from the farmers, it’s a guarantee that the ingredients are clean and fresh. Whether you’re a healthy food enthusiast, a wannabe healthy food enthusiast, or you just want a break from all the cansi and chicken oil, there’s something for you in this list. In no specific order, here are Bacolod’s best organic restaurants:
Their malunggay pesto pasta, pineapple malunggay shake and kalabasa malunggay soup are proof that malunggay is life. They also have quesadillas made with camote wrap and smoothie bowls like the Negrense, topped with chia seeds and piaya. And oh, they now have home deliveries. So no excuses, people.
