Taste Bacolod: Terrasse Bistro

Terrasse Bistro consistently wows with nearly every plate, and it’s no surprise how it worked its way to being one of Bacolod’s finest. Everything is so good, its Caesar salad even got me thinking (and I never have thoughts about salads). If you were to ask me what to order, I’d say anything. Everything. But the standouts for me would be its Roasted Bone Marrow with Onion Jam (because duh), Squid Carbonara and the Kitayama Wagyu Beef.

The Kitayama Wagyu Beef is worth the splurge and the the hype. It’s meant for 2-4 people, but that’s for you to decide.  Callos “Nose to Tail” (P320) Squid Carbonara (P200)

The Squid Carbonara was a surprise. Actual squid strips topped with egg yolk, bacon, Parmesan and cream. It’s a masterpiece.Linguini Seafood (P300)

Overload of fresh seafood. You can’t go wrong there.Terrasse Bistro is one of those restaurants you’ll keep coming back to. For its bone marrows. Or for its salad. Or all of the above.
